Great News Today!
The LAF has invited me to be part of a LiveStrong awareness day in Washington DC! I'll get to meet with my congressmen, tell them my cancer story, and urge them to support pending legislation. I'm very excited about this opportunity. I submitted my registration form and I'm waiting to hear back. I'll keep everyone updated.

It's official! I'll be in Washington, D.C. June 6-8, 2005 to participate in LIVESTRONG(tm) Day and raise awareness on Capitol Hill about the challenges facing people living with cancer.

I'm SO PROUD of you!! I work with your Aunt Ellen and look forward to hearing about your D.C. trip. I have lived both in D.C. and Tulsa; will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a successful event!
