MUGA Test - Another radioactive scan

Well, I had the MUGA heart test today. They do one of these whenever you start adria to make sure you don't have a heart condition. The adria can cause heart damage so they want to know if you have a pre-existing problem. Last year they had to test my lungs because the BEP chemo can damage your lungs.

The x-ray tech killed my arms trying to start the IV for the test. She said that my veins are scarred (no surprise from 4 rounds of BEP). When I got to work after the test, I noticed my left arm was bloody, the IV site bleed through the cotton ball.

Between all the CT scans, PET scan, and now the MUGA, it's a wonder I don't glow in the dark.
